Andy is a robot who desperately wants to be a charming cartoon character, but unfortunately, his goofy antics merely come across as unsettling.
Andy can barf out 'Junior' versions of himself that will animate on lower frame rates.
Andy's ears follow the Mickey Mouse rule in that they're always facing camera... but to an extreme degree.

Andy was made in a military lab as a propaganda mascot to entice the public to buy war bonds.
